Patrick Baalke provides consultative services to the Administrators of our Skilled Nursing clients in addition to the consultative services and program development he oversees in associated Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation facilities. He works directly with the Administrators and Executive Directors assisting them to achieve their operational and financial goals.
He has been with the company for over 20 years, starting when he was a high school student. He worked part-time while attending school, learning the day-to-day operations of the business office in a facility. This experience paved the way for his career in long term care. He was promoted to Assistant Administrator, advancing to a position as an administrator of Intermediate Care facility. After four years, he transitioned to the administrator in a client Skilled Rehabilitation and Nursing Facility.
His successes, leadership skills and knowledge of facility operations brought him to the position he holds today with Generations Healthcare Network.
Patrick says the opportunity he was given over the years to learn the aspects of many different job roles is what makes this organization great. The chance to learn and grow is always available. “I’ve worked for other organizations but I feel ours is the best,” he said. “The leadership here is loyal, and they acknowledge and recognize talent. I like to help people…it has always been a passion of mine. My administrative start was in the intermediate care facilities and they will always have a special place in my heart.”
Patrick is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and has his bachelor’s degree in management.
In his spare time, he loves to relax at home reading or out with friends.
