Anthony “Tony” Armada, FACHE is the Executive Vice President-Chief Transformation Officer. Prior to joining the Generations family, Armada was Chief Executive Officer of Seton Medical Center and Seton Coastside in Daly City, CA leading the organization through the restructuring and transfer of ownership amidst the challenges of the Covid. Anthony “Tony” Armada, FACHE is the Executive Vice President-Chief Transformation Officer at Generations Healthcare Network. Prior to joining the Generations family, Armada was Chief Executive Officer of Seton Medical Center and Seton Coastside in Daly City, CA leading the organization through the restructuring and transfer of ownership amidst the challenges of the Covid pandemic, while maintaining the essence and importance of a safety-net provider for the community. With 40 years in healthcare, Armada served the healthcare field – in a chief executive level contributing to organizations such as Providence Saint Joseph Health, Swedish Health Services, Advocate Health Care, Henry Ford Health System, and Kaiser Permanente, to name a few. Armada brings to our organization extensive experience in integrated delivery model and a keen understanding of the continuum of care delivering quality and safety of care, collaborations and partnerships needed in the accountable care models and the importance of patient experience, employee and physician engagement, improving access to care, achieving financial goals, and establishing relationships with partners and the community.
