Principal
Mr. Giannini is a Principal and managing member of Generations Healthcare Network. And, in this capacity lends assistance to the management staff of the Generation’s network of skilled nursing and rehab client facilities in developing their clinical and programmatic goals, interventions, objectives and overall quality healthcare systems.
In 1991, he and his partners formed SIR Management Inc., a company originally established to provide specialized mental health care consulting services. To meet the ever-changing healthcare landscape of specialty services, Generations Healthcare Network was established with a primary focus in representing client facilities providing skilled nursing and rehab care as well as certain specialty care services.
Mr. Giannini remains steadfast in his long-standing commitment to ensuring a quality biopsychosocial care system . Toward that end, he currently serves on the executive board of the Illinois Council on Long Term Care, a nursing home provider organization with over 170 member facilities and is the President of Alliance for Living, a behavioral healthcare provider organization representing 22 Special Mental Health and Rehab Facilities in Illinois.
Michael Giannini has both a BS in Mathematics from the University of Illinois and an MBA in Finance from Dominican University.
