Generations at Regency is proud to receive a 4-Star rating for Overall performance by the Center for Medicaid and Medicare Services. CMS uses 3 important sources to give an Overall Star Rating. These 3 are Health Inspections, Staffing and Quality Measures. With all 3 sources averaging a 4 star rating, Generations at Regency has proven once again that our level of care continues to be above the industry average for the past 7 years. How are Health Inspection Ratings calculated? “The health inspection star rating is based on each nursing home’s current health inspection and 2 prior inspections, as well as findings from the most recent 3 years of complaint inspections and 3 years of infection control inspections (Medicare.gov).”
CMS created the Five-Star Quality Rating System to help consumers, their families, and caregivers compare nursing homes more easily and to help identify areas about which you may want to ask questions.
Generations at Regency will continue to pursue the highest quality care possible to complete our mission, it is “Our family caring for your family for generations to come.”
