Chief Clinical Officer
Beth earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana University–Indianapolis before returning to the classroom at St. Xavier University in Chicago, where she completed her MSN with a specialty in gerontological nursing as a Clinical Nurse Specialist. She began her career caring for critically ill patients in both the CCU and IMCU, then transitioned into nurse education at a community hospital—laying the groundwork for her passion in staff development and evidence‑based practice.
As Chief Clinical Officer at Generations, Beth oversees everything that touches our residents’ well‑being: from regulatory compliance and reimbursement to risk management. She partners with a dedicated team of consultants and facility leaders to ensure every clinician has the knowledge and tools to deliver top‑tier, evidence‑based care.
Beth’s journey into nursing was intentional from the very start—she never considered another path. She chose geriatrics because she believes post‑acute care deserves its place at the forefront of healthcare. “Our residents are among the most vulnerable,” she says, “and they deserve highly trained, competent professionals.” Though she’s not at the bedside every day, Beth finds deep satisfaction in developing and empowering those who are.
Every day, Beth looks forward to sharing one new insight, tool, or best practice with her colleagues. “If you learn—or teach—one new thing, it’s a good day,” she explains. It’s incredibly rewarding, she adds, when a nurse, CNA, or team member lights up learning something that makes their job safer or more fulfilling.
Beth was drawn to Generations by our mission and values and our proactive push toward quality and performance initiatives. With years of leadership in skilled nursing, she knew she could contribute immediately—and she’s never looked back.
