Jeff Oravec handles multiple areas involving the financial aspect of the organization, including receivables, payroll, contracting for services, working with facilities on cost containment and analyzes any data project provided. He has a vast knowledge in Information Technology and computers and is a resource for the IT department. He consults with client facility administrators giving them the tools to achieve budget compliance.
He started his career in Long Term Care obtaining experience in various departments and quickly transitioned into the role of a facility administrator. He has been with the Generations family over 25 years and holds a CPA and master’s degree.
Jeff reflects on his experience with the company and his experience with other companies: “Having had experiences with other organizations, I must say this is the best run, best managed and best operated group. He resides in Berwyn, IL with his wife. In his spare time, he loves to travel, attend car club rallies and create stained glass windows.
